In Our Own Words

Inner City Outings STL

Dear Sierra Club,

I thank you for planning this trip for us and our friends and family.  I really thank you for giving us a safe and peaceful place to sleep and to camp out.  I thank you  for preparing a nice dinner for us and for planning games and all kinds of other things you and the Sierra Club plan for us to do.

Thanks for letting us hike Saturday morning and for letting us swim in the creek.  Thanks to all the Sierra Club members and Sister Pat.

Love,

Dear Sierra Club,

Thank you for the wonderful camp out on Friday and Saturday.  That was very kind of you to give up your whole weekend for us.  On the trip I saw some things I had never saw in the 12 years of my life.  I also did some things I thought I or anybody else would never have done.  I also would like to thank you for the wonderful lunches we had during the trip.

I would really like to thank Tim for helping us learn how to set up the tents, getting up early to drive all the way to Farmington to get the food and supplies we needed for breakfast.  That was really a generous thing you guys did for our group.

Once again thank you all very very much.

Always,

Kendra Williams
