Youth leaders are young people who have shown strong leadership qualities as youth participants in ICO outings. They have been selected and trained to help our adult leaders to manage our ICO outings. Each outing should have the support of at least one youth leader. Youth leaders also participate in outings of their own. Leaders are encouraged to identify potential youth leaders from among the participants on their outings.
