Plan:	Madrona's trip of the new school year is going to be a fun easy 1/2 day sailing trip aboard Sound Experience's (www.soundexp.org) tall sailing ship the Adventuress. This is going to be a joint Elementary and Middle school trip.
Report:	We had a good morning sailing on the Adventuress in the waters of the Budd Inlet off Olympia. It was raining hard when we left Seattle at 7:30am, but by the time we arrived in Olympia it had cleared. It was perfect sailing weather, sunny but breezy. All the kids got to help raise the sails and once we were under way spent the rest of the sail learning about the ship and the marine environment in lessons taught by the Adventuress crew. Everyone had fun and wants to sail again.
