Site user guide
Why these pages won't print and other useful information.

...Printing: I designed this site for attractive on-screen appearance and to discourage the printing of pages. Forms, directions, lists and other things that need to be printed are designed to be printable. If you want to save a page, save it using your browser's save command. If you really need to print stuff from this site, set your browser to print background colors OR:

...Save paper, reduce clutter, print as little as possible and file things electronically!
...This site is best viewed with 4.0 or better browsers, Java & Java script enabled.
...Java & Java Script: These allow animations and roll over menus and other things. The default for most browsers in ON.

...Browsers: The Mozilla Open Source family of browsers, which iincludes Mozilla, Seamonkey, Netscape, Firefox and Thunderbird, Safari (Mac) plus Microsoft Internet Explorer account for 99 percent of all browsers in currently in use. They work and they are free.
...Adobe Acrobat Reader and PDF files: To download forms and files from this site, and many other internet sites, you will need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will download a file named rs405.eng.exe or something similar. Save it to a folder on your hard disk. Click on it and it will self-extract and install.
...When you download a form or other document, the Acrobat Reader will open up. You can print forms, you can save form to disk as a PDF (portable document format) file, but you cannot edit forms. You can copy from forms and paste into another document. You can open saved forms by clicking on them or by opening them in the Acrobat Reader.
