From Baltimore

Take I-83 N. to exit #33

RIGHT at stop sign – York Road

LEFT onto 1^st road – Stablersville Road

RIGHT onto 2^nd driveway – 925

Stay RIGHT until sign points LEFT

Take a RIGHT at the bottom of the hill

Park on the RIGHT side of the road

OUTING HIGHLIGHTS:

The kids really enjoyed the petting zoo, riding bikes, night hike, and campfire stories. They tended to work well when they were assigned tasks (meal prep., clean-up duties). Also separating male and female camp sites with two adult males with the boys and two adult females with the girls was beneficial. Having the youths tell an interactive ghost story—going around the campfire with each youth adding on the story-line when it was their turn—proved to be a lot of fun.

OUTING SUGGESTIONS:

Make sure the youths set up and take down their own tents—no playing until this is accomplished.
